Fully approved by NWML in line with new European MID legislation, The Lectrocount-TE550 has been integrated with Alpeco’s well established range of DMX meter systems to give unrivalled functionality and operational benefits to the fuel distributor.
The unit can be installed conventionally as a stand alone register or integrated into Alpeco’s new “All in One” driver control module which provides a single work station for the complete tanker discharge system.
Lectrocount-TE550 combines the highest levels of accuracy with additional functionality which allows electronic control of the tanker delivery manifold, product return and HOSE/BULK selection via the meter control panel. With inbuilt memory capacity to store up to 1500 deliveries as well as in depth delivery information regarding each product movement the new register provides valuable management information which is downloadable to a lap top or in cab PC.
The TE550 control module virtually eliminates the chance of Accidental product cross over’s, as the operator has to select and confirm, Product grade, compartment, delivery mode and volume via the on screen menu, once selected colour coded LED’s remind the driver of grade and compartment selected during the delivery. As a further precaution the product grade indicator for each compartment can also be electronically linked in to the system to prevent the manifold from opening in the event of a product mismatch.
